Spokane Foundation Co takes requests for houses in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Mead, and Airway Heights. We do not have a shop in each city, and we do not publish a roster of contractors. The same form covers all of them.

Use the city on your mail or the ZIP. A contractor confirms whether they will go there.

Free referral service. Up to 3 independent contractors may contact you.

Spokane

City addresses from downtown out through the South Hill, North Spokane, West Central, and Hillyard all use this form. Basements and crawl spaces are both common. Name the neighborhood or the ZIP in the project details if you want that on the request. The location field can be the ZIP or the word Spokane.

Spokane Valley

Valley addresses are part of the core area, not an add-on. People often say "the Valley" instead of Spokane, and that is the right thing to write. Nearby places such as Millwood can use the same form; put the city you use for mail so the contractor can decide on travel.

Liberty Lake

Liberty Lake sits east of the Valley. Newer houses crack and settle too. Write Liberty Lake or the ZIP. We do not claim a crew stationed there.

Cheney

Cheney is southwest of Spokane, including houses in town and around the university. Distance is part of whether an independent contractor accepts the job. Sending the request does not promise a Cheney-based company is on the other end.

Mead

Mead is the city name on many north-side addresses that are in unincorporated Spokane County. Put Mead or the ZIP. The referral does not change because the house is outside Spokane city limits.

Airway Heights

Airway Heights and the West Plains side of the metro area are included. Write the city or ZIP. Open lots and newer subdivisions still need the same description: what moved, what leaked, and which part of the house.

What we will not promise

We do not guarantee that three contractors will respond, that someone will arrive the same day, or that every ZIP inside those cities is a fit for every provider. Up to 3 independent contractors may receive the request. A provider may contact you. The confirmation on a successful send says exactly that.

Read about cost, cracks, basement water, crawl spaces, or leveling and piers before you write the note, if that helps you describe it. None of those pages are a quote.

Questions

Straight answers

Do you cover Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Mead, and Airway Heights?

Yes. Those cities are part of the referral area along with Spokane. Put the city or ZIP on the request. An independent contractor decides whether they will travel to that address.

What if I live just outside those cities?

Send the ZIP anyway and say the city you use for mail. Coverage is a contractor decision. We do not keep a public map of driving radiuses.

Will you tell me which contractor is coming?

We do not publish a roster. Up to 3 independent providers may receive the request so they can respond. Whoever contacts you should be willing to give you their company name and Washington contractor registration.
